Yoga Foundations
A six-session introduction to yoga for complete beginners: the basic postures, breathing, and how to practice safely.
Yoga Foundations is where we start everyone who is new to yoga, and where plenty of experienced practitioners come back to when they want to rebuild from the ground up. Over six sessions you learn the standing, seated and floor postures that every class is built from, how to breathe through them, and how to adapt them for your own body.
