200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training

A 200-hour teacher training over eight weekends, leading to Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration.

The 200-Hour Teacher Training is a full curriculum in the practice and teaching of yoga: asana, anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, and, from the second weekend, teaching real classes under supervision. It is run as eight weekend intensives so it fits around work.

What You Need to Know:

Eight weekends over four months, Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 6pm
Reading and practice teaching between weekends
Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration on completion

The training is limited to fourteen students. It is demanding, and it is the course our instructors are proudest of.

What's included

The full manual, all weekend sessions, supervised teaching hours, and the completion certificate for Yoga Alliance registration.

Prerequisites

At least one year of regular practice, and a short conversation with the lead trainer before you enroll.

What to bring

Bring a government photo ID and anything listed under prerequisites. Flight students bring a logbook if they have one; yoga students bring water and comfortable clothes. Mats, props and aviation headsets are provided.

Rescheduling and cancellations

Plans change. You can move your own booking online using the order number in your confirmation email, up to the cutoff shown at checkout. Inside that window, call the office and we will sort it out with you. Cancellation and late-reschedule fees are set out in our enrollment policy.
